Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Customers will be shown shipping costs before completing their purchase.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain products.

 

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has shipped.

 

In-Store Pickup

Orders selected for in-store pickup are typically ready within 1–2 business days. Customers will receive notification when their order is available for pickup. In-store pickup is available at Celebrate By Lisa Lou in Houston, Texas during normal business hours.

 

Holding Items

At Celebrate By Lisa Lou, we are happy to hold items for up to 24 hours. After this period, items will be returned to inventory.
