Return Policy 

All items purchased online or in store may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Each item must be in the original packaging and returned in its original condition. Anything not in its original condition will not be accepted. Returns made within the 14-day window, in original condition, will receive a full refund. Refund will be given once the item has been received by our warehouse. Celebrate does not provide a return shipping label. Customer is responsible for the entirety of the return process, including any costs incurred. Please email contact@celebratebylisalou.com when your item has been shipped.

Broken Items  

Upon delivery, if any items are received broken or damaged, please immediately notify contact@celebratebylisalou.com.  To receive a refund, a picture of the broken item must be included showing merchandise in original packaging. We will either refund you for the broken item or send out a replacement. Please email us to start the process.
