Return Policy
Items purchased online or in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items that are not in original condition will not be accepted. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received by our warehouse.

Holiday merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after the holiday date.

Return shipping labels are not provided; customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.

Broken Items
Upon delivery, if any items are received broken or damaged, please immediately notify contact@celebratebylisalou.com. To receive a refund, a picture of the broken item must be included showing merchandise in original packaging. We will either refund you for the broken item or send out a replacement. Please email us to start the process.
