Our store is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If your rental ends on one of these days, you may drop off your items by noon on the first weekday following your rental end date. You will not be charged late fees.
- We take our cleaning operation very seriously to ensure that all our pieces stay in excellent condition. We ask that you scrape or rinse food off plates and utensils and empty any glasses of liquids, but please do not wash the rental items. Simply place each item back into the individual envelope it arrived in and place everything back in the box. Place linens, folded, on top of all other items. We will take care of everything else!
- Our rentals go through a heat sanitizing process that kills the majority (if not all) viruses and bacteria according to manufacturer standards. We cannot guarantee any product’s sanitization once an item leaves our facility and is in the possession of the customer and/or customer's hospitality staff.

Please do not launder any linens as this may cause stains to become permanent. Most food stains will not incur extra charges. There will be an extra cleaning charge for any wax, excessive grease, ink, red wine and/or hard to remove stains. We will charge a replacement fee for any linen that has a burn, staple holes, any tear/rip, mildew, or permanent stains, thus rendering it no longer useful in our inventory.
- If an item breaks or is damaged during delivery, Celebrate By Lisa Lou will help you with a replacement as soon as possible (please send pictures of the broken item).
- Accidents happen! For any rental items broken by the customer, we will simply charge the replacement cost to your credit card on file. See our price sheet if you prefer a rental waiver.
- If you would like to extend your rental, please contact us to find out if the products are available and the additional charge.

- There may be some minor variance in style, color, or pattern between products, batches, and dye lots of any product or fabric. Please note that we cannot offer refunds and/or exchanges for any variance-related issues due to the variables that occur during the manufacturing and processing of our rental products.

We understand things happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Changes that are made three business days before rentals leave the warehouse may incur a rush order fee. Cancellations made 7 business days before the event will receive a full refund. If a cancellation occurs within the 7-day window, a sliding charge will occur.
