It is best to contact us as soon as you have a date for your event. We need at least 48 hours (two business days) to prepare your rental. The closer to your event you book, the more likely the items you want may already be rented out.
Any event you want to celebrate! Birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, christenings, communions, quinceaneras, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas dinners…we could go on! Our focus is at-home entertaining and most of our party rentals are for guest counts between 4-24. But we have also hosted parties for up to 50!
You are welcome to come to the store or give us a call to prepare your order. We also offer home consultations with a Table Designer (see price list for in-home design). Once you approve your order, we will ask for a 50% deposit to hold your order (refundable up to one week before the event). The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
We are a boutique rental company. Our normal party size is 4-24 guests. We have a $150 minimum order on all rentals. We are happy to discuss individual needs.
Our store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, so you may drop off by noon on the first weekday following your rental end date. We do offer delivery and pick up, and we can make special arrangements for weekend and holiday events. You will not be charged late fees if you choose to drop off on the next business day.
All dishware, glassware, linens, and flatware arrive in special bins. We steam all linens before they leave our store, but we recommend a light steaming to remove any travel related wrinkles.
All rentals go through a cleaning and heat sanitizing process that should kill most, if not all, viruses and bacteria. We cannot guarantee a product’s sanitization once an item leaves our facility and is in the possession of a customer or their hospitality staff.
No need to clean your items —we take care of that for you! We take our cleaning operation very seriously to ensure that all our pieces stay in excellent condition and as germ free as we can make them! We do ask that you scrape or rinse the plates free of any food and empty the glasses.
Please do not launder any linens as this may cause stains to become permanent. Most food stains will not incur extra charges. There will be an extra cleaning charge for any wax, excessive grease, ink, red wine and/or hard to remove stains. We will charge a replacement fee for any linen that has a burn, staple holes, any tear/rip, mildew, or permanent stains, thus rendering it no longer useful in our inventory.
If an item breaks or is damaged during delivery, Celebrate By Lisa Lou will help you with a replacement as soon as possible. Please send a picture of the broken item so we can work to avoid this in the future.
We understand accidents happen. If an item is broken by a customer, replacement cost will be charged to the account. We will always work with our vendors to secure the best price possible for you.
We deliver and pick up or you may pick up your items at the store. See price sheet for additional information.

Yes! Please contact us and we can let you know if your items are available. We will simply charge the cost for additional days, and you will be good to go!
Yes! It makes us happy when people fall in love with our table décor. Please contact Celebrate By Lisa Lou and we can let you know if the items are available for sale and what the price will be. We do offer retail discounts on all our rental items when they are in your home. It is a perfect time for you to stock up on your favorite tableware!
We understand things happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Changes that are made three business days before rentals leave the warehouse may incur a rush order fee. Cancellations made 7 business days before the event will receive a full refund. If a cancellation occurs within the 7-day window, a sliding charge will occur.
